Signature Blinds were brilliant to deal with from start to finish.Oscar in the office made everything straightforward in terms of booking to have someone come out to our house.We'd had bad experiences with two other blinds companies, but as soon as Derek arrived we knew this was someone we could do business with.Derek sat down with me, did not rush me, gave me a chance to decide what I wanted. He was able to show us what our selection of blind would actually look like on a window (other companies won't do this).Prices are also reasonable considering what you are getting.Only two weeks after Derek's visit, Keith (another very nice man) came to install our blinds and did a perfect job. The blinds look great and exactly what we wanted.I can honestly say that I have enjoyed chatting with and doing business with all of you at Signature Blinds.I would 100% recommend this company over any other blinds company in the whole of Dublin and we intend to use them again ourselves.

From start to finish an excellent process after an initial call and then a quickly scheduled home visit with Keith we got an immediate and detailed quote which beat the others. Only a few weeks later the blinds were efficiently installed by Tomasz and they have exceeded our expectations with black out blinds being well worth the extra cost. Definitely our go to place for blinds in the future!

When we decided to have Plantation Blinds fitted to our property as part of a refurbishment project, we contacted several companies. One offered a DIY only solution, expecting us to fit the shutters ourselves. The second company did not respond. Signature Blinds was very responsive and clear in both their communication of timing as well as in terms of the onsite support. We received a good explanation of the design options available and happily followed the recommendations. The onsite consultation took place in September and we were advised of an expected fitting date of January. To our surprise, the blinds were available already in early December. Tomasz the fitter did an outstanding job in terms of arriving on time, working diligently to ensure exact fitment and double checked in detail the adjustment and working of the blinds as well as explaining everythig we needed to consider when operating the blinds. The work was completed in an afternoon despite of the size of the windows. He made sure that no packaging was left behind and that the site was left in a clean state. He clearly exceeded our expectations. Hence 5 stars for hois work.There is one thing I would like to suggest as possible design improvement. The shutters do not come with either knobs or handles to open/close. We would have preferred to be given the option to have them fitted as they are a very useful addition and will now fit them ourselves.

We were absolutely delighted with our experiences with Signature Blinds from start to finish. Although our house is in the midlands, therefore outside of most of their work, all went very smoothly. The person who measured the work and gave the final estimate arrived exactly on time, was very friendly, efficient and very helpful with advise. The blinds were ready over a week ahead of schedule. The person (Izzy) who fitted the seven blinds was also on time, very friendly and excellent at fitting the blinds to our awkward old windows. They look great and were a very reasonable price too. All contact with the management (Oskar) was also very efficient and friendly. We highly recommend Signature Blinds.

Firstly, Signature blinds was very easy to contact, they are responsive and professional. The day they said they were going to measure and quote was spot on, they did not reschedule or cancel.Secondly, they give their professional opinion on the blinds/curtainsThirdly, very reasonably priced for high quality blinds.Fourth, very considerate of the date you’re available for the blinds to be installed.Fifth, Keith installed our wooden venetian blinds, and let me tell you this man is the most pleasant man in the planet. Really good energy, high quality of work, beautifully done. Explained how the blinds worked, explained what we could do if we needed repairs done.He helped my husband drill a few holes as we just moved in. Very very happy with Keiths work. From the start, the lads were very friendly and helpful. We scheduled an appointment where we got to choose exactly what we wanted. We opted for one set of shutters and 4 sets of blinds. Prices were extremely competitive.Keith came over yesterday to put them up and he was really nice and very efficient and professional. Having had Venetian blinds for years we decided to change to shutters. I contacted Signature Blinds & Shutters and from start to finish our experience has been first class. Derek initially called to give a quote & show us the different options. We went with the bigger slats and absolutely thrilled we did. Our blinds were fitted on the promised date and Izzy the fitter was superb. His work is excellent and he left the place immaculate when he was finished. Our only concern was that the shutters might make the rooms darker when in fact we have the opposite. Cannot recommend Signature Blinds & Shutters highly enough. Excellent service 👏

Last year I had Mark come to measure and quote, however, had to put off installation until this year, where he was very efficient in returning and giving a revised quote (some changes). Deliver was a week or two early, delighted with that. Keith came to install and was a very efficient, clean and bit of craic. Would highly recommend using Signature Blinds & Shutters. I am absolutely thrilled with the outcome of my shutters in the two front windows, especially since they are in bay windows. After getting a few quotes, we ended up going with Signature. We found that from the beginning they were a pleasure dealing with, from Derek and Mark in sales, to Oscar and Carla in the office dealing with the delivery, to Marcin and Darragh with the installation. There was a slight issue with one of the shutters after the installation, but Brian came over the very next day to sort it out which was fantastic. Great team, all very polite and professional. We recently had Signature Blinds and Shutters put in plantation shutters in our home. The entire experience was exceptional.We had a consultation with Derek which was really helpful and Derek allowed lots of time to chat and go through the various options; we never felt rushed.When it came to fitting, Keith came to install the shutters and was again an absolute pleasure to deal with. It was a time consuming job as we have bay windows, but Keith remained cheery and stayed on to finish the job within the day. I heard of Signature blind’s years ago they did plantation shutters for a neighbour and they looked brilliant and to this day they are In Perfect condition! I knew I would always go with Signature blinds for my plantation shutters! Delighted with my shutters and roman blinds. Keith turned up to put them up yesterday 22nd Dec, I was not expecting them until after Christmas. I got shutters for three french doors, it took quite a while to put up, mostly due to my wonky walls... After a long day for Keith, who was most professional and courteous, he finally finished and I was very happy with the result. Can't fault this company from start to finish, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We started our process with Signature Blinds with Mark calling out to our house, Mark was incredibly professional, open about time lines for the shutters to arrive and very helpful with the guidance on what would work better, we ended up with 11 shutters & 6 pleated blinds ordered.When it came to the fitting, Keith, Brian & Marcin arrived on time.
