Plantation Shutters installed in Ongar, Dublin 15. These shutters were installed on a bay window and in the bathroom. These shutters come with 89mm louvres, a split tilt, mid-rail and hidden tilt mechanism.
Split-tilt and a mid-rail is used for controlling the light. You can have one part open and the other part closed which means you can let light in but still have some privacy. The other objective of the mid-rail is to match the structure of the window. This gives a great look from the outside. There are shutters made from MDF installed on the bay window and the shutter installed in the bathroom is made from PVC material.
Hidden tilt mechanism is used to open and close the louvres. You can simply pull or push one louvre and all will close or open.
