We’d had bad experiences with two other blinds companies, but as soon as Derek arrived we knew this was someone we could do business with.
Derek sat down with me, did not rush me, gave me a chance to decide what I wanted. He was able to show us what our selection of blind would actually look like on a window (other companies won’t do this).
Prices are also reasonable considering what you are getting.
Only two weeks after Derek’s visit, Keith (another very nice man) came to install our blinds and did a perfect job. The blinds look great and exactly what we wanted.
I can honestly say that I have enjoyed chatting with and doing business with all of you at Signature Blinds.
I would 100% recommend this company over any other blinds company in the whole of Dublin and we intend to use them again ourselves.

When we decided to have Plantation Blinds fitted to our property as part of a refurbishment project, we contacted several companies. One offered a DIY only solution, expecting us to fit the shutters ourselves. The second company did not respond. Signature Blinds was very responsive and clear in both their communication of timing as well as in terms of the onsite support. We received a good explanation of the design options available and happily followed the recommendations. The onsite consultation took place in September and we were advised of an expected fitting date of January. To our surprise, the blinds were available already in early December. Tomasz the fitter did an outstanding job in terms of arriving on time, working diligently to ensure exact fitment and double checked in detail the adjustment and working of the blinds as well as explaining everythig we needed to consider when operating the blinds. The work was completed in an afternoon despite of the size of the windows. He made sure that no packaging was left behind and that the site was left in a clean state. He clearly exceeded our expectations. Hence 5 stars for hois work.
There is one thing I would like to suggest as possible design improvement. The shutters do not come with either knobs or handles to open/close. We would have preferred to be given the option to have them fitted as they are a very useful addition and will now fit them ourselves.

Given the time of year we were advised we had probably missed the window to have our blind’s delivered before Christmas but that every effort would be made to do so. Sure enough the week before Christmas we got the call to arrange installation. Very happy.
The installation by Marcin went very smoothly. He arrived exactly on time and was polite at all times. He got to work quickly and the whole job completed in a very reasonable time period. He took a few minutes to talk me through how to work the shutters and tips on maintenance. All around excellent. One final point that made this a 5 star experience. The shutters understandably generate a lot of packaging, cardboard etc…I had resigned myself to loading up the car for a another trip to recycling centre (as with other trades)but delighted to find Marcin removed all packaging into his van on departure. As for the blinds themselves, Wonderful!
From the original measuring up/quotation with Derek, contact with Oscar in the office and the fitting by Marcin, Signature were professional in every way and we would have no problem recommending them to family and friends.

He just showed us a range of options that best suited our windows and French doors and allowed us to make our own decisions.We went for pleated blinds for our 2 sets of French doors as they offer great security for when you go out and light control when you’re at home – and there’s no cables or wires getting in the way. So discreet too.
In our bedrooms, we chose shutters as they block out the light at night but allow lots of light in during the day and you can tilt them for more privacy but still allow light in.Brian, our installer, was very clean, friendly, on time and most importantly his work was excellent.

From start to finish this has been a really positive experience, which is probably a strange thing to say in regards to dealing with a company supplying shutters & blinds. This is our fourth house so we had dealt with many companies in the past.
Mark came to the house and talked both of us thru what options were available, in regards to what would be the best solution to a large window.
While talking to us he didn’t go for the hard sell or try to sell us the most expensive product, which has been our experience in the past with other companies. Armed with the advice he provided we decided on shutters. He gave us a date of arrival of the shutters into Ireland and an approximate fitting date.
Brian & Thomas the fitters arrived on a Saturday to install the shutters which exceeded our expections, the finished product was absolutely beautiful. When they finished working they cleaned up any dust they created.
It is clear that this company wants to build a relationship with the client and not just a once of sale. Mark kindly made himself available to answer any additional queries and if he missed our call got back to us by the end of the day. I couldn’t recommend the whole team highly enough, great job guys

I had the pleasure of doing business with local guys Mark and Derek who own and run this 100% lrish shutters and blinds company to kit out our new home in Hamilton Park, Castleknock. From beginning to end the service was top notch. Derek, the face-to-face sales representative was thorough in his explanation of the various types of products the company had to offer. He accompanied his sales pitch with physical samples and photographs of previous customers work which gave me peace of mind. He offered sound advice on what could work best with our windows but left the decision up to my husband and l without being pushy or desperate. lf he missed your call he would always call you back. Additionally he offered us temporary blinds that affixed to our windows while we waited for the shutters to be made. Although plantation shutters are expensive they work out similar in price to getting ordinary blinds, curtains, rails and fitting. The fitters Keith and Brian, also lrish lads were mannerly, friendly and very capable of doing their job well whilst being pleasant to have in your home. My husband and l would have no hesitation in recommending using this company for their professionalism and excellent product range. .

We called a number of providers for a quote, we needed to get the quote quite quickly and a number of suppliers neglected to make the appointments they had set with us. Signature blinds arrived in our offices the day they were called. They provided an extremely competitive quote within less than 24 hours of their measuring session. Their attitude was very professional and it appeared to us that they had an ethos of going out of their way to win business and satisfy their customers, this was not a trait observed in their competitors. The job undertaken by Signature Blinds was undertaken in less than 1 week, which was half the time their competitors could offer. The installation and fitting process was seamless and as an act of good will they fitted a small blind in our basement bathroom free of charge.
