We require a 30% deposit on all orders with the balance payable when the shutters are delivered. The deposit and balance can be paid by credit or debit card, cash, and cheque.

Cleaning your Shutters is quite easy to do. A simply dust or hoover is sufficient. For any marks on the Shutter, we recommend wiping with a damp cloth, but do not spray with water/ cleaning solution as the Shutters may warp.

Your shutters are guaranteed for 5 years from the point of installation. This includes any quality issues on the shutters.

On the day of your Shutters and Blinds installation, we would request that your windows/doors are clear of wires, cables, or anything else that may obstruct the shutters to be fitted. It can take from between 1-5 hours to fit your Shutters.

Our expert window shutter and blinds team will visit your home or office and show you the samples of shutters and blinds that best suit your requirements and give you an instant quotation. This service is available anytime, evenings, weekdays and weekends.

If you choose the larger louvres you can simply pop your hand through the Shutter to open your windows. You can alternatively pull open the Shutter doors the open the Windows if you have smaller louvres.
